Message	support. they shipped my computer to my father in california instead of to me in ohio. they tried to make me pay to fix their mistake. then, when i get the computer, its missing a network card and they gave me the wrong monitor. once i got everything straightened out...which took a month...the computer works great, but i hate their customer support.
